The Unified Building Law in Egypt includes everything related to construction and the real estate sector, including general legislative decisions and provisions, with the aim of controlling and organizing construction and construction projects to be compatible with the determinants and standards set by the authorities concerned with making these decisions, + at the forefront of which is the Egyptian Ministry of Local Development.
